♥ Happy Independence Day
I am keeping this list short simple and to the party point. I am listing any and all events I felt where worth mention for people who are in the "club" scene of Austin who will not be having their kids with them this weekend. I felt that there are always TONS of family friendly events going on so I am not going to list them. SORRIES!
*** 4th of July Water and Fireworks party at Ego's 510 S Congress Ave ***
This is my number one No Doe pick with kiddie pools, squirt guns, water balloons, sprinklers, and many other ways to get wet, FREE burgers and hot dogs with the purchase of a drink (super cheap drink prices.) Only just 2 block walk from congress street bridge for fireworks AND karaoke after!

$5 Red and White Wine Specials, $3 Seasonal Beer Deals and Pomegranate and Peach Sangria SnoCones! Complimentary hot dogs and apple pie! Plus view the Ladybird Lake Fireworks right from our front yard!
Fourth of July Barbaque BASH! at Sideshow Tattoo and Piercing
Stallions BBQ, a little Hank Sr., complimentary food/drink, hell yes, this sounds like a brilliant way to kick off the evening. Starts at 3PM.
4th of July Celebration at Seaholm Power Plant
Set downtown at the Historic Seaholm Power Plant, this will be the most ideal location to view the fireworks while taking in a lineup of some of Austin's most exciting up and coming musicians all while enjoying ice cold beer, libations, BBQ, Tex Mex, and more from some of Austin's favorites. Benefiting Anthropos Arts. Starts at 4pm
4th of July Party at The Lodge on Sixth
5pm-close. $2 Miller Lites, $2 Firefly, FREE hot dogs and cheeseburgers.

Great music, food and a fist full of fun.
Brew-B-Que $15 BUDA City Park
This would be my number one pick BUT IT IS IN BUDA! To call this a Beer Festival and BBQ Cook-Off would be an understatement. It combines BBQ Cook-Off, Beer Festival, Music Festival, and a huge Patriotic 4 of July Fireworks Show - not to mention FREE BBQ, Lumberjacks, Chihuahua Races, and Beer Olympics resulting in a unique and unforgettable festival experience! Starts at 11am
The Final Bun-Tier - 4th Annual Veggie Hot Dog Eating Contest $5 at The Tiniest Bar in Texas
Entry is $5 and comes with a ticket redeemable for 1 free Tofurky veggie dog for those not competing. Free NadaMoo ice cream with Go Max Go candy bar toppings while supplies last! Starts at 4PM
